High Desert Legends Becomes A Reality

At 10:00 am today, Saturday, July 14, California City High Desert
Legends is now open for business! The new houses were inaugurated
by a ribbon cutting ceremony sponsored by the Economic Development Corporation
and the Chamber of Commerce. Many people were there early and more kept
stopping by to view the interior of the new garden houses and the properties
themselves.
These spacious houses are set in the first gated community for active
retired people in California City. And the proximity to the Tierra
Del Sol golf course and the healthcare services, makes them even more attractive.
The Grand Opening ribbon was cut by Al Gagnon, Owner of California
City Real Estate who will handle the sales of these low 200's homes.
Also present where Council Woman Cathy Strong, California City EDC president,
Dr. Larry Adams, who plans to buy two, Bufford Land, representing the Chamber
of Commerce, and the Legends Builder Himself, Jay Sprague.
Mr. Sprague briefly described the master planned community including
the houses and their many features. Jay Sprague and Al Gagnon invite
everyone to come visit the High Desert Legends, this weekend, and enjoy
another FIRST in California City, by California City Legends, and
for California City Legends.
